Gao Jinghong, male, Han ethnicity, was born in August 1959 and is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). He holds a postgraduate diploma and has an SJD (Doctor of Juridical Science) degree. He is Vice-president and member of the Leading Party Members' Group of the Supreme People's Court (SPC), a member of the SPC's judicial committee, a Grand Justice of the second rank, and a deputy to the 13th National People's Congress.
